Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Klèn LAUNDROWORKS®, we understand that plans may change, and unforeseen circumstances may arise. To ensure a transparent and fair cancellation process, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation Period:

Customers may cancel their laundry service order up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be subject to a cancellation fee.

2. Cancellation Fee:

A cancellation fee equivalent to 20% of the total service cost will be applied to orders canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time. This fee is necessary to compensate for the processing and preparation involved in scheduling and planning our laundry services.

3. How to Cancel:

Customers can cancel their orders by logging into their Klèn LAUNDROWORKS® account on our website or by contacting our customer support team at +91 93537 40827 or Email: info@klenlaundro.com.

4. Refund Policy:

The cancellation fee will be deducted from the total amount paid, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the customer. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days after the cancellation request is received.

  • Refund Determination:
  1. Refunds will be approved or denied based on the nature and validity of the complaint.
  2. Klèn LAUNDROWORKS®, reserves the right to request additional information or clarification to process the refund.
  • Refund Method:
  1. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method or, if necessary, through an alternative agreed upon by both parties.
  • Non-Refundable Items:
  1. The following items are non-refundable:
  2. Discounts or promotions applied to the original service.
  3. Items damaged or compromised due to improper care or handling after delivery.
5. Rescheduling:

If you need to reschedule your time, we encourage you to do so at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be subject to the same cancellation fee.

6. No-Show Policy:

If our team arrives for pickup, and the customer is not present or has not provided the laundry for service, it will be considered a no-show. No-shows are subject to the full service charge, and no refunds will be issued.

7. Exceptions:

Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances. Customers with exceptional situations are encouraged to contact our customer support team for assistance. By using Klèn LAUNDROWORKS® services, customers acknowledge and agree to comply with this cancellation policy. Klèn LAUNDROWORKS® reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time, with the latest version being posted on our website.
